thomasdroze Dear @randy32225 I am sorry you didn't get my answer before, Shapeways has a new messaging system and it has a few bugs. This is clearly not normal. The latest version I made is tight and should not move when on your watch. Could you please take a few pictures of the cover on your watch ? I am suspecting maybe your order got mixed with one of the other covers available. Please check the item you received with the preview available on the product's page and let me know. thomasdroze @Ascot666 This is very strange. You may have a defective print as this is the first time I hear this. You may contact Shapeways and see what they can offer, especially if you have one of the two that fits well.

thomasdroze @Ascot666 So you ordered the Polished Mettalic plastic ? Is this the one that doesn't fit ?

thomasdroze Hi @Ascot666 ! Thanks for your comment ! I have sent you a message regarding this issue. I have spent a lot of time getting this design right so that it fits as tight as possible. I think you may have received a defective one or somebody else's design. Please reply to my message so we can make sure you get the right one :)

thomasdroze @blegueni This product is only compatible with the Pebble Time regular (plastic body). A Pebble Time steel version will come out soon :)
