Pricing will depend on the materials I left available here, Shapeways has varying handling fees depending on the color and finish. Basically, the cheapest would be the white "solid" material. Then color and polished ones are a bit more expensive, but it's similar in terms of weight. Shapeways handles the shiping at your convenance. :)
