This is a fan-made replica modeled using official references only, in particular the movie itself.

This is a replica/prop of The 5th Element Multipass. The dimensions of the "picture and data" area is made to slide a standard-size card (credit-card, student ID, employee ID,...), though I don't know if it will hold it in place or not

Those were the original version, printed in ABS with a filament-fed 3D printer though. Shapeways WSF material will be much more accurate and give a much better finish, however that way you can see the actual size)

My personal advice is to order it in Polished Metallic Plastic. It's more expensive, but the finish will be very close to the actual multipass from the movie. If you don't mind the lighter metal color, you'd just have to paint the details and you could spare time and money rather than having to paint it entirely ;)
