Product Description
I designed this fan mount to cool my son’s Mini B’s brushless motor. This set comes with the fan mount and a fan grille with a cable management clip built in (the fan and hardware are not included). The mount is designed to accommodate most standard 20mm fans. The grille’s holes are intended to use M1.4 hardware. To install, simply remove the screw from the bottom of the chassis and replace with a longer one (M2x10 FHCS) to secure the fan mount in position. You will also need to trim the body around the fan.
You will need:
- 2x M1.4 button or socket screws (long enough for your application, using a 6mm deep fan I used 10mm screws)
- 1x M2x10mm flat head screw
- 1x 20mm fan
