Product Description
I designed these knuckles with three goals in mind: improve steering angle, zero Ackermann, less flex.  The knuckles will allow a steering angle of nearly 45 degrees, but because of shock interference, the steering angle is realistically more like 40 degrees, without any modification to the suspension.  The Ackermann is nearly zero.  With the outside tire turned to 45 degrees, the inside tire is at approximately 44.5 degrees.  Additionally, the flex in these parts is significantly less than the stock knuckles, further improving performance.

These improved knuckles are a direct replacement for the stock knuckles, but require a few items:

-      Make or source a tie-rod that is bent to clear the differential housing at max steer angle and has a center-to-center distance of approximately 153mm (1/4” round aluminum rod works well)
-      Make or source a new steering link that is approximately 67.5mm center-to-center.
        o   Link length alone is approximately 37.5mm
-      Replace the tie-rod attachment screws as follows:
        o   M3x18 to M3x20
        o   M3x25 to M3x30

Due to the nature of 3D printing and the materials available, some trimming or shimming may be required (I ordered two prototypes and they both went together with no issues).
