Kyosho RB7 Split Transmission (Beta)

I designed this transmission to allow easier access to the diff for the RB7. It uses most of the stock hardware, but requires some additional hardware (2x M3x6 BHCS, 2x M3x12 BHCS).

Because of the nature of this 3D printing process, several things will probably need to happen to make this transmission assemble and operate correctly:
- The blind holes will need to be cleaned of excess powder with a small drill bit, or the like (by hand)
- Some sanding/trimming/shimming
- Do not overtighten screws (as with many plastics, snug is good, it will strip relatively easily)

Some notes on assembly:
- The bearings should be snug, but not too tight
- The diff goes in before the ider gear (for diff removal, the idler gear comes out first)
- Do not overtighten the screws on the side, they will strip easiest of all!

While I put a lot of time and effort into designing this to work for this 3D printing process, the process’ inherent variables make it such that I cannot guarantee it will work without some effort, but it should be close enough to get it to work.
