The Detroit Refelection Ring is 360-degree silhouette of the iconic Detroit skyline and it's reflection as it would be seen over the Detroit River. Detroit is struggling city with a rich, complex history and a hopeful future.
We have to reflect on our past and know our history to know where our city going.
The design is also abstractly similar to an audio waveform - symbolizing of Motown's iconic sounds.
