TRD V5 Letter Inserts

These are the colored letter inserts for "Toyota steering wheel emblem overlay TRD"

Don't see the color you want? The letters are easily paintable with regular spray paint!

How to assemble -

In order to list them as one product the letters are connected together with a tree structure that must be removed before installation.

• Do this carefully as the color on the letters is only a coating and it can be damaged!

Using flush cutters, snip off the small supports. A good pair of scissors will also work. once sepperated there will still be a couple small nubs on the back of each letter that have to be smoothed out. I find this easiest to do with a small knife, sand paper of a file will also do the job. 

Attaching the letters to an overlay - 

Once your letters are sepperated and the back smoothed off they are ready to be attached to the overlay.
With the overlay on a flat surface put a small drop of super glue in the recess of the first letter you want to attach (placing some super glue on a disposable surface and then using a toothpick as a tiny paint brush is the best method i've found). Firmly press the letter into place (be sure that it is rightside up! T and D can be installed upside down if you aren't carefull) Do the same for each remaining letter.
